Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and customer-friendly individuals to assist with junk removal, hauling, property cleanouts, and light labor services. Crew members work directly with customers, load items safely, and ensure each job is completed efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities

Load, lift, and remove household items, furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction materials, and other junk.

Assist with hauling items to disposal sites, donation centers, and recycling facilities.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude on every job.

Safely operate company vehicles and equipment (training provided).

Maintain cleanliness of trucks, tools, and job sites.

Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.

Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
Requirements

Must be physically able to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly.

Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL not required).

Reliable transportation to and from the shop/job sites.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, cold).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player.

Experience in moving, construction, or landscaping is a plus, but not required.
